At Ez Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all
customers, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Exchange for Product Issues
If a delivered product has any functional issue, defect, or mismatch, the customer may request an
exchange.

2. Shipping & Packaging Condition
We ensure safe packaging using bubble wrap. However, minor box dents or pressure marks may occur
during courier handling, which is common in Bangladesh. If the product inside is perfectly fine, we
cannot offer a return or exchange for external box damage only.

3. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not working out of the box, the customer must report the
issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. We verify delivery time from the courier dashboard, so
reporting must be done within this 24-hour window.

4. Refund for Undeliverable Items
If Ez Gadgets is unable to deliver a product due to stock unavailability or any other unavoidable reason,
the customer is eligible for a refund. Refunds for such cases are issued within 3 working days from the
day the issue is reported.

5. Refund for Warranty Cases
If a product is approved for refund due to a warranty claim and the replacement unit is not available, Ez
Gadgets requires 7 working days to process the refund after the final settlement with the customer.

6. No Return for Change of Mind
Ez Gadgets does not accept returns in the following cases:
– Customer changed their mind
– Customer expected something different based on personal preference
– Product did not meet personal expectations not related to the official specifications
